Brain on Twilight and El Fuego Scrappies

This is Christina's brain on TwiCrack. This is total fricken hilarity. I had no idea a series of books would lead to this shit. Everyday it is on the brain. Srsly. Besides my loving little family, this is getting out of hand and taking up most of my day. Blogging, reading side hurting twitastic blogs, thinking, daydreaming, looking at the mag rags, talking about it with coworkers and friends, posting Shadesward pics here and on Facebook, looking at you tube trailers, fan made trailers and fan made Robward videos, connecting everything in my daily life to the TwiSaga. It is sick, sick i tell you. I felt like a total Twicrack dealer the other day at work when two coworkers said, "I heard you have New Moon footage on your iPhone." And like two strung out crack heads, I watched them while the Icrack illuminated their crazy fan satisfied grins. I bet I could have charged them and they would gladly paid up. Real talk.

If my Daveward only knew what man candy I was looking at. He has an idea, but doesn't fully understand the power of the sexhair and robward. NO WAY, NO FRIGGEN HOW. As my friends over at Twitarted have said, Robward wears the Panty Melter Crown.

Plus I want to read Wide Awake, some awesome "F" word filled fan fic, but haven't got my shizz together to read it. I hear its like 5000 chapters long and I know my ass will want to read it until I'm done. I can't do that to my family for the 5th time. I have to find time for it. If i don't the kids won't eat, there be no clean underwear, stuff will begin to stink......even I have my limits. kinda sorta.

On to the Scrappyness of it all:

I woke up super early Sunday morning and couldn't sleep so I watched Rob Pattinson vidoes on You Tube for 1/2 and hour. Then my mind was well enough to start my day, so at 6 am I got up and started scrapbooking. I haven't created anything in a long while so I let the creativity flow. I was En Fuego.....but still, the whole while thinking of Twilight. What a strange person I have become. I wanted to scrap something Twilight'ish but the mojo wasn't flowing for that, so I stuck to what I know and busted out 4 pages. Plus I feel like whatever Twilight Themed I'd make, it would prollyl suck ass. I might give it a try but I know I'll feel really stupid about it. Any creative thoughts on this? A mini Book of Quotes, favorite pictures or scenes from the movie? Hit me up, comment fellow Twicrackheads.

BTW, this is my first time using ink mist. Granted it wasn't Maya Mist but this did the trick. It was some walnut ink in a spray bottle. Vee is the master Maya Mister, I bow to Vee's awesomeness. Plus im Jelly over her Anthro Yellow Necklace. Whatevs, Vee. lol

Well hello, my blog lovelieboos.

I begin this post with Twilight News. I know everyone who visits this place isn't surprised, so I will continue. The Twilight Saga newsflash that hit the internets last night was that Bryce Dallas Howard will be taking over the role as Victoria. Seems that Rachel LeWhatever has a scheduling conflict. Why do I think that is a load of Lebullcrappy?

Hi I'm Bryce Dallas Howard! I was concived in Dallas, hence the middle name! I'll be playing Victoria and I wan't to kick Bella's ass, then kill her. Okthnxbye.

Seems rather strange that Rachel would take on some other random role in a non HUGENORMOUS movie, like Eclipse. This shizz is the biggest franchise since Harry Potter! WTF!? I’m smelling something funky here and it aint of the wet Jacob/dog stank variety. This fishyness is just throwing off the whole flow of the movie! To change out a main character like that for Eclipse is total blasphemy. The Victoria character is significantly bigger in Eclipse and I bet Rachel is not happy about “The Lady In the Water” taking her moment. Sucks for her, but I don’t want to totally hate, I’m sure the daughter of Opie Cunningham will be good. Now if the powers that be change the actors for Edward and Bella, the entire saga will be dead to me. I will picket the movie. Lies, my ass will still watch, but I will be sadface.

On to Scraptastic news! My friend Stacey is opening up a cute maternity/nursing/baby & kids boutique called 9M & Beyond in August and she will be selling my handmade cards in her store!!!!! I’m beyond stoked! I’ll post pictures of them and her store after the grand opening on August 12th.

Went to Target the other day and picked up this photo frame and did it up Christina Style. I added push pins and displayed some of my earrings and pendants. I should have bought two, mebbe even 3! Yeppers, I have that much crap.

and on to Twilight/New Moon/ RPatz/Kstew news..........


So the big nerd convention that is Comic Con (i never knew this event existed before Twi) went down in San Diego (shit, i was just friggen there Sunday!!!) this week and the cast of New Moon made an appearance. I had hoped and wished and dreamed that Kstew would think of maybe combing her hair for the festivities. I thought since she would be seeing Rob again after some weeks apart she would want to look her best for her baby daddy (alleged baby daddy) and say, put some extensions in, but nah, she looked like a homeless person equipped with 99 cent black eyeliner. The girl looked tired and somehow do so did Mr. Sparkleypants. Wonder what they did on their little reunion? Hmmmmmm.


I think she is totally is talking on his mannerisms and style. The girl does the weird, almost pained and paralyzed thing he does while putting his hand trough his hair...... her hair is all crazy, unkempt and all greasy dirty, sort of like his (but his is better) and she rocks the plaid. What is up with the plaid? Could they be sharing the plaid? I know this pic she is not waring the plaid but she does wear it, i promise.


I had hoped she would look pretty, ya know like say Ashley Greene did in her fluorescent pink ensemble, styled (clean) hair and makeup. I have a problem with her staying in the Joan Jett character.....even when she is not playing her right-at-the-comic-con-moment. I want her hair long and for her to look clean again. dammit. Bella, she needs to be Bella already. Enough of this rocker stuff.

Speaking of Bella........I have to share a funny picture from the iCrack from the other day. My son likes to play with his toys and set them up on the restroom counter. He says the sink is a trench or puts water in it and swears it's an ocean....anywayz......I go in to use the facilities and see this dramatic scene set up.



Apparently two soldiers were having hand to hand combat with Edward. Please disregard the hideous counter top and millions of necklaces. Please also note that Bella has fallen down, cuz you know she is as clumsy as hell and all. Jaden later informed me that she got dead. LMAO. and yes, I was on the Potty when I took this picture. A So CAL weekend.....

Breaking Twi-Swag News!!



Yes I shall be stalking my local Kurber Bing for these. I have to have one of each, YES i do. Burger King has hooked up with Summit, who produces the film franchise and will have them in stores come this November when the TWISHIZ hits the fan!! Super Excited, can you tell? Can I share that I was thinking of hosting a New Moon party, just cuz? Thinking, I did not say I was doing it for SURE! lol I'll let the idea marinate in my mind a bit longer......but I don't have enough local Twihard friends. dammit. Yesterday, I found out that my younger sister Ana has read my blog and I'm so embarrased about the twilight info I talk about......HI ANA! lol and you better post woman!

AND back to our regularly scheduled post...........

The fam and I went on a whirlwind SoCal trip this past weekend. Stopped in LA for some shopping at LA's Fashion District and i bought some goodies (aka accesories) for myself then visited my aunt and cousin in Santa Monica. Then we drove up to San Diego and chilled with more family and had some awesome fish tacos. yum. Oh yeah did I mention that I fell in the shower and cut my arm and got bruised up? No really, i did.

Last Week In Pictures....from my iCrack

My baby's first French braid. Her hair is long enough to do a French braid! Remember those dolls from back in the day that were about 2 feet tall? That is was she is, my own personal living doll. I get to dress her up, fix her hair up. The only downside is that my living doll poops, foreal! lol She is my cutie. Love the kid beyond words.

Aubrielle's first ever ride at an amusement park. She got on the Sea Dragon in Santa Cruz with her cousin Lexi. It was difficult to get a picture of her looking at me since she was on the inner part of the ride for saftey. Her crazy Mom could be heard from a far saying, "Lexi, hold her close, put your arm around her." She had fun on it. Cuteness.

Again with the cuteness. Her dress was $2.99 from The Children's Place!! TWO FRIGGEN 99!! I got her about 5 dresses. Hello, score on the cheap! Her shoes are another story, those babies were $35 bucks....they are called Wee Squeaks. They squeak when she steps, every step, double squeaking. They are super annoying, but super cute. She loves to stomp around in them. I was stopped at least 5 times by women wanting to know what kind of shoes they were. And look, I left the stupid price on the bottom of the shoe. Der! Also I just noticed that the price on the website is $5 dollars less than what I paid at a specialty childrens store here in town. Double. Dang.

How can you not stop at the Carousel? Another first for Aubs. Jaden's there in the green behind her. Ya know, J's at that stage where he doesn't want to take photos. The boy is sick of the last 6 years of me with a camera all up in his face, can't blame him.

Jaden and picture taking, case in point. If your wondering why the little dude is missing from my photos, it is because he runs to fast. Here he was actually strapped in. lol

Shopping at Target. Check her out in those stunna shades looking all paparazzi ready........and those hair things! Is she ready for Cinco de Mayo or what? lol

and looksie what I saw whilst at Target.......what else? C'mon, I had to take the picture of it and post it........because everything is related to Twilight somehow. In my world it is.

One of my fave shops downtown always has cool whimsical window displays, this Marie Antoinette inspired window is straight up amazing. Loving the sweet color and FEATHERS! She is changing this window for a cowboy themed one due to our town going Rodeo crazy for one week a year. We have the biggest Rodeo in California and everyone get's all Yeeee Hawww about it. 'Cept me, but I will partake in the wearing jeans at work for the week and the Kiddie Capers Parade for the kids next Tuesday. I'll take some pics of the window, while I'm at the Parade next week and post them for Y'all too see.

This one is from inside La Belle Epoque, a dress form with colorful cards tied to it. Love this. Makes me want to buy a huge form like that just make cards and display it!

and a lil bit from me. please oh please forgive me for the horrid picture of it. Didn't have time to scan it, unforch. Hopefully I can play some more tonight!!

RECAP OF MY WEEKEND.....

There was absolutely nothing happening in our area for 4th of July. Our town sucks, they haven’t had a fireworks show here for years. We were supposed to go to Disneyland but things didn’t go as planned and we headed out to see my extended family in Modesto. My grown niece and nephew were going to bbq and be poolside. Sounded waaaaaaaay better than staying home.

I got all packed and looked who snuck in our snacks for the trip……..Shadesward, who the Hale else would it be? AND yes I do have a grape theme in my kitchen.

It’s was f’ing Africa hot over there…….we rolled in at about 11 ‘ish and it was already in the upper 80’s. This Central Coast of Cali girl is used to her cold foggy days! What is all this heat all about!? Later in the day it was in the upper 90’s and the locals said that this was not their normal heat, it should be hotter like in the 100’s.

Sunscreen was slathered o’plenty on the kiddos
Bathing suits and swim shorts were put on
Strawberries were dipped in chocolate
Chicken was marinated
Margaritas were blended
Fireworks were watched from the lawn
Illegal Mexican Fireworks were lit by neighbors
Neighbors had extensive amount of exploding in the air like professionals fireworks
Neighbors were watched being ticketed for said illegal fireworks
It was awesome.
No pictures though.

And I forgot to take Shadesward out to take part of all the 4th of July explosions and drink making. Dang.

Next day, we went to their local mall and I saw a girl with a Team Edward shirt on walking by me and I thought “Ooooh Twifan!!” I said HI all excited and then felt like a loser because she looked at me like I was totally retarded. Can you imagine being like 17 and some old 35 year old woman is smiling at you like Chester the Molester?

Note to self: just because you love Edward and all his Sparklyness, it doesn’t mean everyone knows you like him too. You might scare people, even if you tell them “I like Edward too!” They will still be scared of you and might even run away or call the police on you.

While I was there I had my face Threaded. I’ve wanted to do it forever but never got up the nerve. I was in a different city where nobody knows me so I took advantage. Basically they use two threads together and take all the little hairs off. They did my Eyebrows, upper fug lip and the side burns I was rockin’. Then she says I’ll do your cheeks and chin too. I say, what the heck, why not? It hurt like a mug for a bit, more of a stinging sensation and felt better the next day. David said I went from a fuzzy peach to a smooth nectarine. ::rollseyes:: If your skurred of the whole face deal, do your eyebrows or upper fug lip.....the eyebrows look so clean and tidy after, you will love it!!!

not going anywere.......just a little staycation of sorts. Was supposed to go to DisneyLand...but that ain't happening after all. There will be another time, it's all good, peeps.

I'll have the next 4 days off and I'm soooooooooooooo excited for it. Taking the kiddos to the beach, bbq'ing and taking random Shadesward pics. You know, regular everyday stuffs.

So have a En Fuego fourth and becareful not to BLOW your hand up while lighting those dang fireworks! Just sayin!

There is a Starbucks in the hospital that I work at and they are giving out free itunes downloads. It is called their Pick of the Week availiable every Tuesday! Dave Matthews this week.........just spreading the lurve!
